Can work as a:
1)  All day Saturday Conference
2) A Friday nite and Sat Conference that can include a brunch or lunch; or
3)  A weekend Retreat starting Friday nite and ending Sunday AM.

Session One (1 hour):
Embracing the heart of God—Sandy’s testimony

Session Two (1 hour and 15 minutes or can be broken up into two sessions of 1 hour):
Embracing the heart of God by Faith—Sandy takes the life of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1 & 2 and applies an acrostic of the word EMBRACED and follows through with studying our responsibilities before a holy God to walk by faith.  It is a convicting study and one that will draw the attendee to bow her knee in repentance if not walking in a manner that is worthy of the Lord.

Session Three or Four(1 hour):
Embracing the heart of God by forgiving—The life of Joseph is studied along with various scriptures of our responsibility before God to forgive as it has been forgiven us and what God does when we confess our sin and forgive others.

Session Four or Five (30-45 minutes):
Embracing the heart of God by facing your future:
An in-depth look at Psalm 24 which describes the person who leads a life fully devoted and set apart for God.  It is a charge at the end that God will settle for nothing less and wants our full devotion to Him.

***Sandy does not have a set amount that she charges as each church has different budgets and different numbers of women to attend.  You can talk with her about if when you call.  Schedule a life-changing women’s event by calling Sandy at 704.841.1320 or sandy@calebministries.org.

Seminar Topics (45 min-1 hour):

Sandy’s amazing testimony:  Who wrote this story? (1 hour)
Sandy Day is an exciting speaker with a ministering heart.  People are drawn to Christ through her love for God’s Word and for others to be helped by it.  Sandy’s enthusiasm for Christ is contagious-her love for Jesus is abounding.  Sandy and her husband Craig are the Founders of Caleb Ministries, which began in August of 1990, and now reaches women and families around the world.  Craig graduated from The Master’s Seminary in May 2002 and now Pastor’s through Biblical counseling.  They have one son, Corey, who is presently in college.

Resolving the desire 2b perfect!
Pride is at the heart of perfectionism.  Our world is consumed by self and being perfect on the outside. Learn from this impactful seminar how it is God honoring to think of others as better than yourself (Phil. 2:3-4) and to be God focused and not self-focused.  Our most high God is the One who is worthy to be praised as we seek to live entirely for Him in humility.

Finish strong in the storms of life.
Sandy takes a look at the life of Paul in 2 Timothy as one who set an example for us so that we can see “WHAT finishing strong” looks like. In 2 Timothy 2 Paul takes us through metaphors and we will embrace each one so that we can receive a crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who are faithful.  Sandy shares personal accounts of God’s steadfast love in the difficulties she has faced in the death of her first husband, the stillbirth of a baby and years of struggling with infertility and how God showered her with his compassion.  You will be blessed at the goodness of God.

Why can’t “I” b n control? (50 min)
God commands us to fear Him.  The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.  Sandy takes an in depth look at Deuteronomy 10:12-13 as to “WHO” is in control and why we are to fear God only.  If we desire to control everything then we are not looking at the God who is sovereign and to be feared.  In return, we just want everything to “WORK OUT” the way we want it because we want OURSELVES pleased.  This would be pleasing self and not pleasing to God.  This seminar will challenge you to look at the God we fear and His attributes and how we are to please Him in all ways.

Why can’t I just WORRY and BE HAPPY? (45 min-1 hour)
God commands us to be anxious for nothing (Phil 4:6-8) but God also gives us clear commands of what we are to be thinking about (Romans 12:2).  The worry you succumb to is a desire to please self…the focus is self and NOT God.  God would have us to please Him only.   Learn what God says in His Word about fearing God and being anxious for nothing.  NO need to worry ourselves sick over something we can never control.

Living in His Forgiveness (Teaching others how to help the post-abortive woman)
The Pro-Choice culture in which we live does not prepare a woman for the guilt and regret that comes after having an abortion.  Yet, the post-abortive heart can be one of the most fertile soils for the ministered Word to grow because God does offer forgiveness and freedom from the unresolved guilt.  In this workshop, you will learn to sow and gently till God’s truth so that those in their silent pain may enjoy the bountiful harvest of living in His forgiveness.

Safe in the Arms of God—Helps for the women who has lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death (45 min- 1 hour)
The pain is deep and the road is long that leads to peace after the loss of a child through Miscarriage, Stillbirth, or an Early-Infant Death (6 months or less).  In this seminar you will learn how to counsel grieving families toward growth by enduring the suffering and understanding God’s sovereign plan for their family. Topics include: Answering the “Why” questions; Trusting God; Where is my baby? Living with dashed dreams.

God’s Amazing love—Have Sandy and Peggy Lipski come and share what God did on June 5, 1993 and the depths of what God will do to save one of His (1 hr and 15 min).
On June 5, 1993 Craig and Sandy Day left for a family vacation to Hilton Head, SC with their son Corey (then 3) and a family friend, Scott, who was 19.  It was the very day they arrived when they met a couple at the pool.  At church the next day God burdened not only Sandy’s heart but also Craig and Scott’s heart for the wife of the couple (Peggy) at the pool the day before.  Hear this amazing story of God’s love.
Peggy writes, “My life was going in a downward spiral with no place to exit.  I had been to a Therapist because I needed help.  I just wanted to die. I was making plans to separate from my husband for the second and last time.  The Therapist recommended that I “get away” for the weekend.  I went to Hilton Head, SC a couple of days earlier and then my husband and sons met me down there on Friday, June 5th.  I cannot wait to tell you what GOD did in my life on the beach the very next day.  This year my husband Joe and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary.  We now have three beautiful boys.  Our oldest son just completed his basic training in the Army and will be deployed soon . Andy our middle son has taken over our In His Arms Daycare and Austin, our youngest son,  just started High School  Joe and I now serve on staff at Bible Baptist Church in Savannah, GA.”

What about sex in my marriage? (50 min)
In this seminar Sandy will talk candidly and openly about what the Bible has to say about sex in marriage.  What is the role of the woman in marriage and what does God require of me.  Bible references taken from 1 Corin. 7:3-5 and Song of Solomon.
